We collaborate with a reliable printing partner, with printing facilities in EU, Norway, USA, North America and Australia. Depending on your location, you should expect 1-3 weeks before receiving your goods. We are currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19.

Will I be charged customs duty for my order?

Additional customs duty and tex fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with you local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchase.

I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged- To help us resolve this as quickly as possible. Please send us a message within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details regarding your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as quickly as possible.


If the item was not a match for you after all, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days after you have received your package. All item are marked with a return adress to our shipping partner either in Europe, north America or Australia depending on your shipping adress.

Please return the item in original packaging with the receipt found inside the package. Returned items must be unused and in good and undamaged condition. Send the package with the dispatch number so it can be traced. You are responsible for the product until it reached us. The return shipping cost is held by the customer.

Some of our products are made on demand and customized, these cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged.

You cannot regret your purchase by simply refusing to receive the package.
